Outside my academics and corporate endeavors, I enjoy teaching Indoor Cycle classes. I teach three mornings per week, and on September 14, 2024, I attained my second cycling certification through Schwinn. It is important to note that no matter our academic and career journey, our health is the foundation of success. Therefore, ensuring you are physically active and practicing self-care is crucial.
